Cancelling your subscription will take effect on the renewal date of the respective subscription. You have the opportunity to reactivate the subscription before this date if you choose to continue using the functionality.
Step by Step
1. Locate and open the Fenwick Gold Subscriptions page via search.
2. Highlight the appropriate record and click on the Product Name (A) or the View button (B) open the record in a subscription card.
3. Select the Cancel button located under Home > Process in the ribbon, and select Yes on the confirmation dialogue.
4. If successful, the selected subscription will have its Status (A) changed to Pending Cancellation and the Period End (B) value will now be shown in red.
