You can reactivate a subscription up until the Period End date. After this date it will be archived, and you will need to purchase a new subscription.
- Locate and open the Fenwick Gold Subscriptions page via search.
- Locate the canceled subscription highlighted in red labeled Period End Date. Highlight the appropriate record and click on the Product Name to open the record in a subscription card.
- Select the Reactivate button located in the ribbon and select Yes to the confirmation dialogue.
- If successful, the selected subscription Status will no longer be Pending Cancellation, and the Period End value will no longer be shown in red.
