You can reactivate a subscription up until the Period End date. After this date it will be archived and you will need to purchase a new subscription.
Step by Step
1. Locate and open the Fenwick Gold Subscriptions page via search.
2. Highlight the appropriate record and click on the Product Name (A) or the View button (B) to open the record in a subscription card.
3. Select the Re-Activate button located under Home > Process in the ribbon and select yes to the confirmation dialogue.
4. If successful, the selected subscription Status (A) will no longer be Pending Cancellation, and the Period End (B) value will no longer be shown in red.
