You can reactivate a subscription up until the Period End date. After this date it will be archived and you will need to purchase a new subscription.
Step by Step
- Locate and open the Fenwick Gold Subscriptions page via search.
- Highlight the appropriate record and click on the Product Name (A) or the View button (B) to open the record in a subscription card.
- Select the Re-Activate button located under Home > Process in the ribbon and select yes to the confirmation dialogue.
- If successful, the selected subscription Status (A) will no longer be Pending Cancellation, and the Period End (B) value will no longer be shown in red.
