Replenishment System
Changing the Replenishment System setting to Prod. Order introduces four new tabs on the Item Card. The Replenishment System field has been moved to the Item tab for ease of selection.
- Production BOM Information
- Production BOM Lines
- Routing Information
- Routing Lines
This allows for easy setup of the Bill of Materials and Routing directly from the Item Card without having to navigate to the individual setup pages.
The Item Configurator will automatically create the Production Bill of Materials and Routing headers and assign them to the item.
Production BOM Information
From the Production BOM Information tab on the Item Card, the Bill of Materials can be configured and certified. If there are versions of the Bill of Material, the Item Configurator will automatically show the active version. 
Production BOM Lines
The Bill of Materials will be displayed in the Production BOM Lines tab. Based on the status in the Production BOM Information tab, these lines can be altered directly from the Item Card.
Routing information
From the Routing Information tab on the item card, the Routing can be configured and certified. If there are versions of the Routing, the Item Configurator will automatically show the active version. 
Routing Lines
The Routing information will be displayed in the Routing Lines tab. Based on the status in the Routing Information tab, these lines can be altered directly from the Item Card.
Configuration
New actions are added and promoted to the Process & Item categories for the management of the Production BOM and Routings. These actions are:
- Calc. Standard Cost
- Structure
- Production BOM Matrix per Version
- Copy Routing
- Copy Item
- Cost Shares
- Copy Production BOM
Under the Related menu option, a Configuration option has been added providing access to the Production BOM and Routing.
