About Printer Management
In Business Central 16.0, the Printer Management page allows you to view all available printers that are set up and only serves as a framework to select the integrated printers from the Printer Selections page. Hence, the records on this page cannot be inserted or modified directly and Print-It with Cloud Companion integrates with this page enabling you to manage these records.
On the page, you will see that the printer records are populated from the Printer Integrations list.

Inserting a printer
Follow the instructions in Creating Printer Integration to insert a new printer.
Modifying a printer
- Locate and open the Printer Management page
- Choose the Edit printer settings action from the action bar or simply drill down on the Printer ID on the chosen record.
- Modify the printer details as you wish on the Printer Integration card page.
Deleting a printer
- Locate and open the Printer Management page
- Choose the Edit printer settings action from the action bar or simply drill down on the Printer ID on the chosen record.
- On the Printer Integration card, choose the trash bin icon at the top to delete the current printer record.
