We encourage all users to raise tickets, but sometimes you need to know about any requests from any other people in your organization.
Rather than restrict your staff from raising tickets, you can instead Follow your organization so you will be automatically notified as new requests are created.
To follow all requests
- Go to Requests > Organization Requests
- Click Follow
To follow only specific tickets
- Ask that your users set you as a "CC" on any tickets you're interested in.
- They can do this when raising a ticket, or by CC'ing you when emailing email@example.com.
