Your Fenwick Account will be linked to your work email.
I haven't signed in before, or "This account does not exist" message
If you haven't signed into the portal before, or you get a message about not having an account, click Create One below the sign in box.
Even if you've had an account previously if you haven't logged in recently, you'll need to create a Fenwick Account first. Any old accounts are no longer valid prior to July 2021.
- Click Create one! or Create a new one in the visual above.
- Pick your sign in provider. Depending on who manages your work accounts, you might need to select different options. The first option is the best to start with if you're unsure.

Logging into the Support Portal
- Visit the Sign-In page.
Use the Microsoft Sign In button if you have signed into the portal before using a Fenwick Account. - Enter your company/work email address to login.
- After logging in, you should be taken to your company's login page.
